This is a commercial dried broccoli made from broccoli produced in Kyoto Prefecture. It is low-temperature dried to concentrate vitamins and dietary fiber, while retaining a vibrant green color and texture. After rehydration, it maintains a crunchy feel and is versatile for soups, stir-fries, pasta, and more. It does not require freezing and can be stored for a long time. Powder processing is also possible. It is additive-free. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
