This is a commercial dried okra made from okra (Healthy variety) produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. The thick and sticky variety is cut into larger pieces and dried. After rehydration, it maintains its stickiness and chewy texture. It is resistant to color and shape changes when heated, ensuring high quality reproducibility. It can be widely used in soups, miso soup, mixed rice, frozen side dishes, and more. No glucose is used. We are flexible in OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
