This is a commercially available dried ginger made from fresh ginger grown in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture, using open-field cultivation. The drying process enhances the aroma, and the sharp spiciness remains intact. It can be used as a secret ingredient or raw material for product development in various products through powder processing. It is also suitable for non-food applications such as herbal teas, cocktails, and seasonings. No glucose is used. We can flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
