This is a commercial dried carrot made from Kyoto Kurenai carrots produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is a hybrid of five-inch carrots and Kintoki carrots, and is a phyto-rich variety that contains lycopene. It features a vivid red color and rich sweetness. The drying process enhances its sweetness, making it excellent as a dessert ingredient. Powder processing is also possible. No glucose is used. We can flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
