Dried processing of Fushimi chili, a traditional vegetable from Kyoto. Sweet green chili without spiciness, a versatile ingredient for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
This is a commercial dried green chili made from the traditional vegetable "Fushimi Togarashi" produced in Kyotanba, Kyoto Prefecture. It features a refreshing aroma and a mild sweetness without spiciness. Even after drying, the crunchy texture of the seeds remains, making it versatile for use in various dishes such as yakisoba, pasta, and side dishes, both Japanese and Western. Powder processing is also possible. No glucose is used. We are flexible in accommodating OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
