This is a commercial dried zucchini made from zucchini produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It features a soft texture and mild flavor, making it ideal for Western dishes such as ratatouille, pasta, and gratin. It can be stored long-term due to the drying process, allowing for year-round supply. No glucose is used. We are also flexible in accommodating OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
