The drying process allows for long-term storage, enabling year-round supply. It can be widely used in Japanese cuisine, including tempura, pickles, and stir-fries. No glucose is used. We also flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
