This is a commercially available dried myoga made from myoga produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It features a refreshing aroma and a crunchy texture. The drying process allows for long-term storage, enabling year-round supply. It can be widely used in Japanese cuisine, including as a condiment, in pickles, salads, and tempura. No glucose is used. We also flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
