During busy periods, we can temporarily increase the number of units! A reliable support system is in place for when issues arise.

This is a case where a customer in the driving agency industry introduced 10 IP radios through our long-term rental original plan "Subsc5." Due to high usage frequency, there has been an increase in failures and communication issues caused by equipment aging, and the time taken to replace faulty devices has become a challenge. After the introduction, we established a system where replacement devices can arrive as quickly as the next day in the event of equipment failure.
