Understanding existing equipment in reverse! Achieving electrification and automation with add-on devices.
We spoke with Automize Lab Inc. about how to utilize "spScan" for the installation of equipment on existing manual sluice gate facilities. When installing equipment on-site, it is essential to accurately understand the site conditions. Previously, dimensions were measured manually, but this lacked accuracy and resulted in many reworks. After comparing several reverse software options, we decided to adopt "spScan." The deciding factor was its ability to create freeform surfaces, allowing for the creation of shapes that closely resemble the actual object. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issue: Lack of accuracy in dimension measurement due to manual measurements, resulting in many reworks. ■ Reason for Selection: The ability to create freeform surfaces that closely resemble the actual object. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
