The main applications and practical examples are as follows: Products that require a guarantee of virginity: The double-lock structure ensures that the product is unopened, making it ideal for cosmetics and daily necessities where safety and security are paramount. Improved work efficiency and cost reduction: The elimination of sealing stickers not only reduces the cost of seals but also leads to savings in labor and time spent on applying seals. Versatile deployment in various formats: It can be applied in diverse forms such as caramel boxes, bottom assembly boxes, and bottom one-touch boxes, making it suitable for use across all industries, including food. Additionally, it is designed to be easily and reliably opened by cutting off the locking part at the time of opening.

Example: Box with Tamper-Proof Function / SS Pac (1) This is a case where we received an order for a custom package for a lotion from a customer (our valued client) who develops cosmetics. The biggest challenge was surprisingly, "What should we do if we confirm a return from the customer (the consumer) stating 'I haven't used it,' but there seem to be more signs of use?" The box with a tamper-proof function (SS Pac) is designed so that once it has been opened during transit to the customer (regardless of whether it was intentional or not), it cannot be closed again. This means that if it arrives unopened, it is clear that no one has opened it. This is to provide peace of mind to the customer (the consumer). However, in this case, we proposed a reverse approach: once the customer (the consumer) opens it, it cannot be returned to its original state, making it difficult to claim "I haven't used it" (strictly speaking, one cannot say "the box hasn't been opened"). As a result, it was reported that similar returns dramatically decreased. Although it turned out to be different from the original purpose, this reverse approach led to the order.

[Case Study: Caramel Box (3)] We have been receiving orders for package production from a cosmetics company for over 20 years, and the following are specific examples based on our trust-based relationship. Proposal for on-site improvements from a professional perspective: In the design of complex folding processes, we not only considered the mechanical feasibility but also the manual assembly burden after delivery, proposing realistic compromises from the perspective of the on-site personnel. Feedback on submitted data: We provided candid feedback from a professional viewpoint regarding the order details, pointing out potential mistakes to prevent errors before printing. Response to short delivery times: Leveraging our strength of performing all processes from die-cutting to pasting in-house, we achieved a tight schedule of "delivery within one week," which is typically challenging. These proactive responses and our stable quality and delivery times have led to many years of continued business transactions.

【Case Study: Hell Bottom (Bottom Assembly) Box (1)】 This is a case where we received a request from a customer selling whitening gel to create packaging for their product. Initially, we were contacted with specifications for a "Hell Bottom Coat Ball 220g," but considering the product's characteristics and sales scene, we proposed the following optimizations from a professional perspective. Review of structure and strength: To ensure stability during in-store sales and considering the product's weight, we increased the paper thickness to 310g. Addition of surface protection: To enhance the protection of the printed surface and improve aesthetics, we upgraded to a specification that includes a vinyl coating. Precise design through physical confirmation: We received the actual container from the customer and conducted fitting checks down to the millimeter. This allowed for a smooth and speedy production process without hesitation. Ultimately, we provided a high-quality package that matched the brand image of the "New-DV 310g" product, featuring a design based on a refreshing sky blue and equipped with functionality.

[Case Study: Bottom One-Touch Box (1)] We received an order for the production of cosmetic boxes from a health food company. Following a price increase from their original cosmetic box manufacturer, they consulted us and appreciated our prompt response and professional proposals, entrusting us with the entire project. As an example, we implemented the following initiatives: Quality Optimization: We reviewed the current product and pointed out that the paper was thinner than expected. By changing to an appropriate thickness, we achieved both quality assurance and cost reduction. Quality Control: To maintain the cleanliness required for health food products, we paid close attention to printing defects and other issues. Printing Support: We proposed corrections to the submission data before printing, preventing mistakes before they occurred. Due to the trust we have built, they now place orders without obtaining competitive quotes, and we will continue to strengthen our collaboration moving forward.

[Case Study: Box with Inner Partition (2)] This is a case where we received an order for a custom package for mascara containers from a customer who develops cosmetic products. The biggest challenge was to "securely fix the mascara itself so that it does not move inside the box." Our company solved this challenge through the following processes to balance design and functionality. Integrated proposal for "inner tray": We designed a dedicated inner tray that firmly holds the product. We received high praise for the quality of the white dummy (plain sample) presented during the initial meeting, alleviating concerns about product protection. Special processing and regulatory support: In addition to visualizing the contents through "window cut processing," we carefully responded with samples of the window film and provided materials from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry regarding legal obligations for plastic mark display. We provided comprehensive support for the anxieties related to the new specifications. Attention to detail in three-color printing: We adopted three-color printing, including white ink, achieving a sophisticated appearance characteristic of cosmetic brands. Ultimately, we delivered a "side-sealed format (caramel box)" with an inner tray. Our meticulous adjustment capabilities to embody the customer's commitment to their product led to the creation of a highly satisfying package.

**Case Study: Other Shapes (2)** This is a case where we received an order for custom boxes specifically for cookies from a customer who supplies tea leaves and other food products to hotel cafes and bars. Initially, we began considering special shapes such as "triangular" and "dome-shaped," but through repeated prototypes, we pursued both design and practicality, ultimately arriving at the **"Roof-shaped BOX."** Flexible prototyping and design changes: For dimension changes that arose during meetings, we created new drawings and cut samples each time. We diligently refined the specifications for over six months, pursuing the ideal shape without compromise. Surface treatment to enhance luxury: In the final process, we applied "press coat processing" to the proof prints, confirming a glossy finish that ensured quality suitable for a luxury hotel. Response to complex printing: We adopted "New Pigeon 310g" material and achieved a meticulous color expression by adding a spot color (1C) to full-color (4C) offset UV printing. From the start of consultations in March to the official order in December, we persevered alongside the client. We delivered an elegant and substantial package with a red theme, helping to embody the "first-class service" that the client provides.
