This is a three-piece sanitary ball valve ideal for clean processes in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, food and beverages. **Main Features and Benefits** - **Clean Design:** The wetted parts are precision polished to 180 grit RMS (0.51–0.64 microns) or better, ensuring smooth fluid control. - **SIP/CIP Compatible:** Fully compatible with Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) operations. It features a boss for purge port connection on the body. - **Liquid Accumulation Prevention Structure:** The full bore design matches the pipe diameter, preventing pressure loss and liquid accumulation. - **Easy Maintenance:** The swing-out design allows for in-line maintenance without removing it from the piping. - **Automation Compatible:** Standard equipped with an ISO 5211 direct mount pad. Ships oil-free (oil-treated).
