This is a three-piece sanitary ball valve, ideal for piping that requires strict hygiene standards. It features a hygienic (tri-clamp) connection that makes it easy to attach and detach the piping. **Main Features and Benefits** - Clean design: The wetted parts are precision polished to 180 grit RMS (0.51 to 0.64 microns) or better. - SIP/CIP compatible: Fully supports stationary cleaning and sterilization. - Easy maintenance: In addition to a swing-out design, the hygienic connection allows for extremely smooth disassembly and cleaning of the piping. - Reliable sealing: Utilizes a self-adjusting live-loaded packing for high cycle life and dependable sealing. It has been treated to be oil-free. - Automation compatible: Comes standard with an ISO 5211 direct mount pad.
