**Target Molds** We accommodate all types of blow molding molds, including in-house manufactured molds, molds from other companies, old molds from 10 to 20 years ago, and ZAS (zinc alloy) molds. **Supported Sizes and Processing Accuracy** - Size: Capable of handling extra-large molds up to 2000×1200mm. - Accuracy: Utilizing the latest 5-axis machining equipment, we achieve high-precision finishing with dimensional tolerances in the 10μm range. **Main Services Offered** - Repair of wear on parting lines (PL), welding, buildup, and reprocessing. - Cleaning and repairing cooling circuits (water cooling pipes), addressing leaks. - New production and replacement of worn parts such as guide pins and slide cores. - Mold modifications due to product design changes, changes in mold thickness, and alterations to engraved text. - Various surface treatments (plating, Teflon, texture processing, blasting). **Key Point!** Even for old mold parts without remaining drawings, our craftsmen can perform reverse engineering (dimensional measurement) from the actual parts and manufacture new components for repairs.

This modification reduces impact during opening and closing, achieving a longer lifespan for the mold. ■ "Corner Shape Modification" from Actual Measurement without Drawings In an old mold from another manufacturer without drawings, a product design change occurred. Accurate dimensions were derived from actual measurements, and new corner inserts were manufactured and incorporated, completing the shape modification. ■ Repair of Warping in Large Mold (1.5m Length) A long mold that had developed warping over years of use, creating gaps in the parting line (PL) surface. The PL surface was re-machined to be level through surface grinding, allowing for low-cost repairs without the need to create a new mold. ■ Modernization of Cooling System (from Pool Cooling to Water Flow Circuit) Updated an old mold design (pool cooling) to the latest water flow circuit, significantly improving cooling efficiency and productivity.
