We would like to introduce a case where our "necfru drive" was implemented by a medical device manufacturer. In this company, managing document versions and audit trails was crucial for regulatory compliance, but there were many related departments, making access rights management challenging. Therefore, they standardized document types/products/versions/approval statuses with tags and finely configured viewing and download permissions by department and role. This reduced the man-hours required for audit preparation (data collection), organized authority management, and improved information control.
