We have developed a reel-moving type winding machine for customers who want to perform multi-layer winding without moving the pass line. Additionally, by simplifying the mechanism, we aim to reduce costs, and in line with the recent trend of larger reels, it can accommodate large reels up to a maximum diameter of 900mm. ■ Parameterization of Production Conditions As versatility increases, there is a tendency for the number of adjustment points at the rear of each machine to increase. However, in the SVW series, by parameterizing some production conditions, such as reel information, we reduce the hassle of tedious position adjustments each time the setup is changed. When reel information is entered during the initial registration, the reel automatically moves to the optimal position. Furthermore, slight fine-tuning is possible for each individual axis. ■ Adjustments are Versatile. Key Areas are Quantitatively Adjustable. Each adjustment part features a simple mechanism and can be used universally. It is designed to be adjustable without tools or with a wrench.
