【Feature】 ■ Equipped with a telescopic shooter to eliminate initial winding defects By incorporating a telescopic shooter guide, the shooter guide is inserted into the reel during the clamping process, allowing for secure guidance of the terminals while performing the clamping action. This eliminates the need for air-blowing clamping actions in existing winding machines and resolves issues such as "terminals falling over" and "terminals dropping into the reel hole and being wound as is." ■ Loop adjustment parameterized for each item Using ultrasonic sensors, the loop amount is monitored. Based on the distance from the sensor to the terminal, stepwise speed control is possible (stop on contact, temporary stop, low speed, medium speed, high speed). Additionally, the amount of slack may vary by item, and the distance at each speed stage may also change. Therefore, parameters for speed control can be set on the GOT screen for each item (per Work No.). Once set, the configuration data can simply be read out when changing items.
