Using the heat-resistant temperature logger V-THERMO200, data collected from thermocouples flowing alongside the products inside the furnace is recorded by the logger. This allows for understanding the temperature history of products passing through the previously invisible furnace, serving as the first step towards quality assurance and improvement.
