A case where products without drawings were converted into drawings from physical items and linked to regular orders.
There is a physical item, but the dimensions and shape are unclear, raising concerns about remaking it. An example of creating drawings from a physical item without existing blueprints.
We would like to introduce a case where we created drawings in response to a request for additional processed products, despite the absence of the original drawings. We received the actual product from the customer, conducted sketches and measurements at our company, and created the drawings. By delivering the products along with the drawings as a set, we established a system that allows for smooth re-manufacturing and additional orders in the future. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - There were no drawings remaining for the additional processed products needed. - While the actual product was available, the dimensions and shapes were unclear, causing concerns about re-manufacturing. - Given the expectation of future use, it was inefficient to match with the actual product each time. ■Solution - We received the actual product and conducted sketches and measurements. - We organized the necessary dimensions and shapes to create reusable drawings. - Based on the created drawings, we carried out the manufacturing and delivered the products along with the drawings as a set. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 1970 as "Iwai Iron Works Co., Ltd.," which is the predecessor of our current business, and has been engaged in machining for many years. Although we did not have our own products, from the time of our establishment, we have worked to accommodate a wide variety of small lots and short delivery times, focusing on improving both our equipment and the skills of our employees.
