This product is handled consistently by our company from design to processing. Notably, the grooves on the product's surface and the material used are worth mentioning. First, regarding the grooves, they may appear to be just thin lines, but they are processed while leaving a small portion at the edges. This surface is designed and processed with the assumption that liquid will flow over it and accumulate in the grooves. Next, concerning the material, we use a metal called DC53. It has high toughness and a fine structure, making it well-suited for complex molds that are prone to cracking. Since the product requires strength, it undergoes hardening treatment after processing. Additionally, because both strength and surface roughness are important for this product, we also perform polishing treatment on both sides.
