Due to being media-less, it is ideal for electronic materials, new materials, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals that are sensitive to contamination, as well as for nano-dispersion! Sample tests are also currently being conducted.
We will exhibit at nano tech 2015. By passing a mixed fluid of "liquid + liquid" or "solid + liquid" through fine pores formed by a high-pressure pump with a special structure and a pressurized diamond disk, we create fine nanoparticles through localized high-impact forces generated by cavitation and various energy effects.

basic information
■ Stable mixing, emulsification, and dispersion that can prevent settling and separation for a long time. ■ With the increase in specific surface area and activation of particle surfaces, reactivity, adsorption capacity, and digestion and absorption rates are improved. ■ A sharp particle size distribution leads to effective utilization of expensive materials and cost reduction, enhancing the yield of required ultrafine particles. ■ Particle design can be controlled at the nanoscale for properties such as light transmittance, color development, fluidity, and heat capacity. ■ It is possible to manufacture ultrafine particles such as non-damaged nanosized catalysts, electrodes, and coatings, without compromising the surface morphology or crystal structure of the material, and to disintegrate aggregated colloidal assemblies. *Sample testing is also underway, so please feel free to consult with us.

Our company has been involved in the development and manufacturing of wet ultra-high pressure micronization equipment for many years, providing a range of devices from testing equipment to production facilities for numerous users. Additionally, in response to our customers' requests, we incorporated dry jet mills into our product lineup last year and high-efficiency three-dimensional oscillating bead mills this year, enabling us to meet a wide range of nano needs in both dry and wet processes.
