High-Pressure Dry Jet Mill for Powder Nanomilling and Disintegration Ultrafine Milling System "Nano Grinding Mill" ■□■Features■□■ ■ By changing one of the high-pressure air/gas supply grinding nozzles arranged at evenly divided positions on the circumference, it allows for the supply of grinding materials from the same nozzle while simultaneously supplying air/gas, thereby enabling the formation and maintenance of a concentric swirling vortex within the grinding chamber. ■ Due to minimal material eccentricity, it allows for grinding at a higher concentration (higher processing volume). ■ It has a high dependence on particle-to-particle collision and grinding, enabling finer milling. ■ With fewer collisions against the walls, there is less material compaction and wear on the grinding chamber, which helps to suppress contamination. ■ The use of high-pressure air/gas allows for the milling of materials that could not be processed conventionally. ■ It effectively suppresses heat generation, resulting in minimal thermal impact on the materials.
