This is a testing device that simulates damage to a car's paint and brake tubes caused by stones while driving. There is a standard temperature type for testing at room temperature and a low-temperature type for testing at low temperatures.

The JA400 is a room temperature type without temperature control, with a fixed spray angle of 90° relative to the sample. The JA400LA is a -30°C type with cooling on the back side of the sample, and the JA400LB is a -30°C type within the test chamber, also with a fixed spray angle of 90° relative to the sample. The spray distance and spray angle (20° to 90°) can be set as options. Compliant with SAE J400 and JASO M104.
