Load cell converter using Analog Devices' low-noise instrumentation amplifier IC, AD8221AR. Rated output is ±10V/FS, with a response frequency of 2.8kHz (-3dB). It has a built-in +5V power supply for driving the load cell and can be directly connected to a 350Ω load cell. Equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and a trimmer for offset adjustment, making it easy to adjust. Sensitivity adjustment range is 0.5mV/ to 2.2mV/V, and offset adjustment range is ±1.8V. Required power supply is ±12 to 15V, 20mA. A one-touch terminal block ML-950-4 (Sato Parts) is used for input and output. External dimensions are 70×40×16.
