Gypsum board half-hydrated gypsum conversion device
Gypsum board half-hydrated gypsum conversion device
Recycling system for waste gypsum boards
The device is low-cost and has inexpensive running costs. The hemihydrate gypsum produced by the hemihydrate gypsum device can be used as a raw material for solidifiers for soft ground improvement, construction sludge improvement, construction soil improvement, and dredged soil improvement. We are also developing solidifiers that utilize hemihydrate gypsum.

basic information
After crushing and separating, the waste gypsum board is heated in a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, resulting in semi-hydrated gypsum, which reacts with water to initiate a hydration reaction, allowing it to be converted into recycled materials such as raw materials for solidifiers. We also have know-how to solve issues associated with gypsum, such as the leaching of hydrogen sulfide and fluoride, and re-slurrying. The semi-hydrated gypsum device uses electric indirect heating, which can increase the content of semi-hydrated gypsum. It enables heating that suppresses CO2 emissions since it does not use fossil fuels. The treatment method is an indirect heating type with processing capacities of 0.63 m³/h, 1 t/h, and 2 t/h. The output for the 0.63 m³/h type is approximately 78 kW, with dimensions of 3.5 m L × 1.0 m W × 2.2 m H, making it large. The 1 t/h and 2 t/h types are space-saving and compact designs, with the 1 t/h type being an energy-saving model with a power consumption of 30 kW.

Applications/Examples of results
Using semi-hydrated gypsum produced by a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device as a raw material, a ground improvement agent mixed with lime was utilized for ground improvement of a 20m roadbed material. The target CBR value of 18.1% was exceeded after 3 days of improvement, reaching 19.9%, and after 7 days, it showed 24.6%, proving to be sufficiently effective for ground improvement of the roadbed material. The soil strength is greater than that achieved with lime alone. Products utilizing semi-hydrated gypsum include Pure Plaster SI, Ultra Solid SI, and OI, which can be used for construction sludge, dredged soil, and soft ground, and are currently being sold. We also provide consulting services for the know-how and planning of devices to turn waste gypsum boards into semi-hydrated gypsum-based solidifiers. Currently, we have know-how to address issues related to gypsum, such as hydrogen sulfide, fluoride, and re-sludging.

Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technologies, and we are involved in the development and planning of environmental purification devices. We have also developed and are selling environmental purification products, including the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, the heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and the turbidity coagulant Ultra Separate MC, which is effective for a wide range of applications from organic wastewater treatment to the purification of lake water quality. Additionally, we are currently selling a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device that can convert waste gypsum boards after crushing and separation into recyclable raw materials. We are also developing solidifying agents for soil conditioners, high-moisture sludge, and heavy metal-containing sludge using the semi-hydrated gypsum produced from the dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, and we plan to sell these as well. We intend to continue developing products and items based on environmental purification technology in the future.
