We developed a stirring tank capable of creating a circulating three-dimensional water flow, filed a patent application in November 2006, and obtained the patent in March 2010. Our company refers to the stirring tank that generates a circulating three-dimensional water flow as the Ultra Mixing System. By installing mixing baffle plates inside the stirring tank and stirring with a conventional mixer, a water flow is created where the inner flow moves downward and the side flow moves upward, while vertical rotation occurs between the baffle plates. This circulating three-dimensional water flow enhances the stirring power compared to conventional stirring tanks, increases the dissolution speed of coagulants, and results in larger and more robust floc shapes, making the treated water transparent. The stirring tank is available in octagonal rectangular and drum shapes. We are currently seeking technology partnership companies.

The Ultra Mixing System's coagulation and sedimentation device can treat dioxins, turbid water, organic wastewater, heavy metal wastewater, etc., and can be adapted by increasing the number of tanks. Currently, for dioxin treatment, there is the UMS-E2 type with a processing capacity of 1 m³/h, and for organic wastewater treatment, there is a processing capacity of 2 m³/h. Additionally, there is a simple dewatering machine that accompanies the coagulation and sedimentation device.
