The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a sludge high-speed reaction solidification device, is capable of not only sludge treatment but also the immobilization of heavy metals in construction-generated soil and the decomposition of dioxins. Conventional construction machinery mixers often have a short contact time between the treated material and the immobilizing agent, which can reduce the immobilization effect. The Ultra Solid Reactor can be set to a minimum stirring time of over one and a half minutes, allowing for better mixing and higher immobilization efficiency. The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a high-speed reaction solidification device for sludge, is a newly developed apparatus by engineers who have been engaged in solidification treatment equipment for over 20 years, pursuing economic efficiency. The "Ultra Solid Reactor" is patented. The high-speed reaction solidification device sends warm air from an electric hot air blower, allowing the internal temperature to be constantly set for optimal hydration reactions. This makes the hydration reaction between sludge and solidifying agents significantly more active compared to room temperature stirring, enabling the discharge of sludge with a reduced addition rate of solidifying agents in a dry state. The discharge state after solidification treatment can be freely selected between semi-dry and dry conditions by adjusting the addition rate of the solidifying agent. By setting an electronic control program, automatic adjustment of the addition rate of solidifying agents is possible, achieving a significantly more economical solidification treatment compared to conventional methods. The standard processing capacity of the high-speed reaction solidification device is 7m³/h, but it is also possible to manufacture devices with the desired processing capacity. We recommend using a semi-hydrated gypsum-based solidifying agent that generates little heat and steam. We also provide consulting services for the solidification of waste gypsum boards.

The Ultra Solid Reactor for high-speed reaction solidification of sludge can be used for construction sludge, construction soil, dredged soil, improvement of soft ground, insolubilization treatment of contaminated soil, and decomposition treatment of dioxins in ambient temperature fly ash, among others. The semi-hydrated gypsum-based solidifying agent has various proven applications, including the improvement of dredged soil, enhancement of subgrade materials, improvement of waste embankments and dredged soil to create new embankments, and mixing as fine aggregate for recycled crushers after solidifying concrete sludge.
