It reliably adsorbs heavy metals such as arsenic emitted from construction-generated soil.
The composite heavy metal adsorbent ZeoForce 583 was jointly developed in collaboration with Associate Professor Hasegawa from Kanazawa University Graduate School and industry-academia partnerships. Existing adsorbents are expensive and required changing agents for effectiveness against various heavy metals, but ZeoForce 583 can form a heavy metal adsorption layer by mixing with harmless construction waste and other materials in trace amounts. ZeoForce 583 can adsorb and detoxify composite heavy metals using a single agent. This composite heavy metal adsorbent ZeoForce 583 simultaneously and sequentially induces reduction reactions, adsorption reactions, co-precipitation reactions, and calcium compound reactions with its main raw materials to achieve chemical stability, and it is a high-performance heavy metal adsorbent that incorporates harmless minerals and chemicals that irreversibly adsorb and render insoluble. The addition rate of ZeoForce 583 is between 3% and 5%, and it has the ability to strongly adsorb and render insoluble arsenic and other heavy metals simultaneously; when forming an adsorption layer, the addition rate should be set after confirming safety through column tests and other evaluations. ZeoForce 583 has received very high evaluations in various consulting competitions.

basic information
The adsorption principle of ZeoForce 583 involves simultaneous and sequential reduction reactions, adsorption reactions, co-precipitation reactions, and calcium compound reactions occurring within the porous structure created by ZeoForce 583, which adsorbs and securely encapsulates heavy metals. Due to its irreversible adsorption, ZeoForce 583 maintains long-term chemical stability from the initial stage. No moisture is required, unlike when creating existing adsorption layers, making the treatment easy and cost-effective. As for the adsorption method, we recommend our patented dual adsorption method, the ZAMA method. The ZAMZ method uses volcanic ash soil at the bottom layer, on top of which ZeoForce 583 is mixed with harmless construction waste to create ZeoForce Admad, followed by placing construction waste soil from which heavy metals leach, and then covering it with soil.

Company information
Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technologies, and we are involved in the development and planning of environmental purification devices. We have also developed and are selling environmental purification products, including the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, the heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and the turbidity coagulant Ultra Separate MC, which is effective for a wide range of applications from organic wastewater treatment to the purification of lake water quality. Additionally, we are currently selling a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device that can convert waste gypsum boards after crushing and separation into recyclable raw materials. We are also developing solidifying agents for soil conditioners, high-moisture sludge, and heavy metal-containing sludge using the semi-hydrated gypsum produced from the dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, and we plan to sell these as well. We intend to continue developing products and items based on environmental purification technology in the future.
