At a water pressure of 0.025 MPa, microbubbles were generated, albeit in small amounts.
It became slightly "whitish" at the 2-minute mark.

basic information
The microbubble generation nozzle has been confirmed to produce many microbubbles at a water pressure of 0.1 MPa, but it also generates them at lower pressures. Therefore, we conducted an experiment to verify the numbers. ◆Experiment Details To make it easier to observe the microbubbles, we used a simple pressurized dissolution tank and attached the microbubble generation nozzle to the end of a shower hose, sealing the suction port. The pressure measurement was taken from within the pressurized dissolution tank. ◆Experiment Results At a water pressure of 0.025 MPa, microbubbles were generated, albeit slightly. After about 2 minutes, it became faintly "whitish." ◆◇◆ For more details, please request materials or contact us ◆◇◆

Company information
Our main business is the design of specialized machine tools for processing automotive parts and similar items. We have been researching microbubbles since 2000. In 2006, we developed a loop flow microbubble generation nozzle. We applied for a patent, which was published in May 2008. Since spring 2008, we have been supplying a special type to a company that sells ozone microbubble shower devices. General sales began in 2009.
