The back pressure valve manufactured by GO Corporation in the United States has a proven track record as an ultra-low pressure back pressure valve for hydrogen gas, nitrogen gas, and other applications, with a required accuracy range of approximately 1 to 300 KPa for fuel cell evaluation equipment. It is a high-performance, compact pressure regulating valve. The pressure reducing valve can be set from -1 KPa to 70 MPa, and an air-driven type is available. The maximum operating temperature is 540°C. The back pressure valve can also be set from -1 KPa to 70 MPa, with an air-driven type available, and the maximum operating temperature is 300°C.
