It is possible to apply a thin film electrode and perform fine patterning on a transparent polyimide film. It can be accommodated in sheet or roll form. Thickness of transparent polyimide film: 100μm or less Light transmittance: Approximately 90% in the visible light range Heat resistance: 260 to 300℃ (depends on the type) Examples of electrode types: ITO, Cu, Ni, Au
