Utilizing hydraulic pressure, it can achieve molding with a maximum pressure of 40 kN despite its small size. 2. The molding mold can accommodate not only round tablets but also irregularly shaped tablet molds. 3. The hydraulic pump is operated manually, allowing for quick molding. The mold holder is compact, integrating the lower punch and die in a space-saving manner, making disassembly and cleaning easy. Additionally, the molding section is located inside the machine for safety. 4. The molding pressure is displayed on a pressure gauge, indicating the molding (tablet pressing) pressure value. 5. The filling amount of the powder (raw material) can be adjusted using the graduated adjustment screw on the mold holder. Hardness adjustments can also be easily made with the graduated adjustment screw on the mold holder base. The discharge of molded products is simple, utilizing the pressurization mechanism just like during molding.
