There are various proven applications in the field of machine tool coolants. Inverter models with motors are also available for sale. When combined with a pneumatic relief valve, it is possible to achieve a fast response zero-water operation (zero discharge from the relief valve). Since there is zero discharge from the relief valve, heat generation is minimized, and the capacity of the chiller is also reduced. Specifically, if the pressure is specified from the machine, even if the nozzle is changed (or the flow rate is varied), operation can continue with zero discharge while maintaining a constant pressure.
