Achieving high-precision positioning and high-speed feeding that rivals NC machines!
It is a tabletop engraving machine that allows simultaneous three-axis control through full-axis servo drive. It supports everything from precision engraving to 3D modeling, achieving class-leading cost performance. We offer three sizes to suit different applications. Additionally, we have replaced the standard aluminum spindle from the manufacturer (Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd.) with a high-precision iron spindle for all models.

basic information
【 Built-in Data Buffer for Internal Use 】 The built-in 1MB memory significantly reduces data transfer time from the computer, allowing for data input even during engraving processes. Additionally, repetitive tasks can be performed with the computer turned off. 【 High-Speed Servo Motor Control 】 Each control axis (X, Y, Z) employs unique high-speed software servos, achieving high-precision positioning and rapid feed that rivals NC machines. 【 Gantry Structure for Long Materials 】 The gantry design, which has the best characteristics for strength and precision, allows for rigidity maintenance and the setup of long materials in the Y-axis direction. 【 A Wide Range of Options to Cater to Various Operations 】 In addition to general-purpose options such as high-precision collet spindles, air vises for securing sheet materials, and relay blowers, there is a diverse array of specialized options for various operations, including vises for golf clubs, seals, pen shafts, and medals. Model Numbers and Motion Range ME-300: 310mm x 220mm x 60mm ME-500: 483mm x 305mm x 60mm ME-650: 650mm x 450mm x 60mm
