This is a grinding machine suitable for sample grinding, tissue observation, and cross-sectional inspection, among other applications. Its versatility is enhanced when combined with the FORCIMAT head.

We have a demo unit available, so please contact us if you would like to request a demonstration. We can also bring the demo to your company. ■FORCIPOL This is the base unit for polishing machines. You can choose between a single-axis and a dual-axis polishing stage. ■FORCIMAT By connecting to FORCIPOL, it can be used as an automatic polishing machine. If you only need individual load use, please choose FORCIMAT-52. If you also need to use total load, please choose FORCIMAT-102. ■DOSIMAT It can automatically supply polishing materials and lubricants. By accurately controlling the drop amount, the reproducibility of difficult buff polishing is improved. <Features> ● The base unit FORCIPOL has a stable chassis design that enables precise polishing. ● The head unit FORCIMAT offers a variety of sample holders and options. Custom manufacturing is also possible. ● The head can move laterally, so if it is moved outside the base, it will not interfere during manual polishing. ● The automatic feeder DOSIMAT can manage the precise drop amount through program control. ● It is also possible to modify existing machines to automatic specifications as an add-on.

Moreover, it is possible to retrofit it, so you can initially purchase only FORCIPOL as a manual polishing machine and then buy FORCIMAT to convert it into an automatic polishing machine when the number of samples increases. ● You can choose from three types of polishing discs (200/250/300mm). ● Polishing holders are available for individual loads and overall loads. Custom holders can also be created. ● An automatic feeder (Dojimat) can be connected. It can automatically supply up to six types of lubricants and polishing materials to the polishing disc. ● We will propose specifications and options tailored to your intended use and application. ● If there is no water supply and drainage system, or if you cannot discharge polishing debris, polishing materials, and lubricants into the drainage, we also have a water circulation filter unit (ENVIRO), so please consult with us. ● Covers can also be made. ● 100/200V options are available. * For more details, please request the materials.
