(Features) ● It can uniformly polish complex shapes (grooves, holes) that are difficult to finish with barrel finishing. ● There is almost no occurrence of deformation, distortion, or dents in thin workpieces. ● It removes fine cracks and irregularities on the surface of parts, smoothing them out, which reduces the coefficient of friction and improves the lifespan and durability of the parts. ● Due to improved surface roughness of metals, parts become less prone to rust. ● Dimensional changes before and after processing can be managed in micrometers. ● It does not affect the metal structure of the parts, so there is no concern about the occurrence of brittleness.
