This is an embedded nut for reinforcing screw holes without pitch jumping. Iriserts are precisely manufactured through cutting processes. They are not the conventional coil types represented by Helicoils or Sprues. Therefore, pitch jumping does not occur, and high-strength female threads can be created. −− Features −− ■ There are no issues such as loosening during tang cut or cutting failures. ■ Insertion is a simple task taking 10 to 15 seconds, requiring no special skills. ■ Can also be used for reprocessing defective female threads. ■ Standard sizes range from M1.4 to M10, U1/4, and U3/8, with a wide variety available, and non-standard sizes can also be produced. ■ RoHS compliant products are available. ■ Insertion using an electric screwdriver is also possible.
