PIPESTRESS is an advanced analysis program that complies with piping evaluation codes for nuclear power plants, including ASME Section III Class 1, as well as high-temperature and high-pressure piping standards for non-nuclear thermal power generation and chemical plants. Developed by DST Computer Services S.A. in Switzerland, it is a total analysis solution for piping systems with over 30 years of proven performance. In particular, it has been utilized in the design of large-scale nuclear power facilities such as the AP600 and AP1000, and has been approved by various national nuclear committees, including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the French standard (RCC-M). PIPESTRESS is developed in the Fortran programming language and allows for the creation and editing of piping models using a text editor on the Windows platform, as well as the execution of analyses via the command line.
