basic information
The contaminated oil is drawn into the main body of the oil purification machine through a vacuum pump at a vacuum of 635 mmHg from the inlet. The drawn oil is heated to 66°C by an in-line heater and then lifted to the dispersion element within the vacuum chamber. The lifted oil flows out from the fine pores of the dispersion element into the vacuum chamber, where it is exposed to a vacuum of 635 mmHg. Since the boiling point of water in this vacuum state is lower than the heating temperature of the oil (66°C), the moisture boils and evaporates, resulting in the dehydration and degassing of the oil. The moisture, now in the form of water vapor, is drawn into a condenser, cooled, and condensed back into water, which is stored in a recovery water tank. The oil, from which the moisture that has flowed out from the fine pores of the dispersion element and fallen to the bottom of the vacuum chamber has been removed, is then sucked out by a discharge pump and passes through a fine particle removal filter. The purified oil, free from moisture and fine particles, returns to the system through the outlet.
