Features of PEM SPOTFAST Fasteners ■ The double clinching function allows for the fastening of two metal plates. The surface after fastening is fully flat, and the back side is sub-flat (no protrusions), enabling a beautiful finish. ■ Fastening of metal plates with a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm for both the upper and lower plates is possible. ■ Fastening of dissimilar metal plates (for example, steel and aluminum) is possible. ■ It can replace current methods (rivets, spot welding, or screws) in areas where aesthetics are required. ■ Since fastening is done through press fitting, there is no generation of smoke (gas) or sparks.
