Top freezer for cryogenic preservation that locks in freshness It is ideal for freezing rice, which is generally considered difficult (it can return to its original state with natural thawing), sashimi such as flounder, sea bream, sea urchin, and oysters, as well as sushi (with toppings placed on rice).
