Applications/Examples of results
Top freezer for cryogenic preservation that locks in freshness It is ideal for freezing rice, which is generally considered difficult (it can be restored with natural thawing), as well as sashimi such as flounder, sea bream, sea urchin, and oysters, and for freezing sushi (with toppings placed on rice). We freeze additive-free, healthy food at the production site, allowing it to be enjoyed safely and deliciously at a low cost in the consumption area. Our rapid freezing units use electric refrigeration and liquefied carbon dioxide, incorporating know-how to allow the interior to "breathe." In addition to batch-type units, we also offer continuous rapid freezing units. Despite being continuous, they are designed to allow the interior to breathe.
