The AD5430 series is a measurement and control system controller that can be customized for various applications. By combining a real-time CPU board featuring RT-Linux, control models from MATLAB/Simulink, and the GUI creation support tool VirtualConsole, it is possible to have a wide range of functions that cater to diverse systems. The use of general-purpose components, standardization, and mass production has achieved cost reduction. Despite being low-cost, it can control the entire system with a single unit, demonstrating excellent cost performance. Due to its low cost, it can also be widely used as a measurement terminal for embedded devices. Its compact DIN size (1DIN x 2DIN) makes it easy to integrate into panels and equipment. The control cycle is fast, with a maximum speed of 1 msec.
