It is called a super vibration α-stirrer, and its principle is based on transmitting vibrations generated by low-frequency output of 15 to 50 Hz to multi-stage vibrating blades (made of various materials), which creates high-speed three-dimensional turbulence in the fluid for stirring.

basic information
【Features】 ○ The mixing is not due to shear force from rotating blades, but rather from the up-and-down vibrations of the mixing blades at low frequencies, which prevents the entrapment of air and other substances. ○ Bubbles generated during reactions are quickly released outside the system. ○ There is no air entrapment, which is a drawback of conventional mixers, thus preventing contamination of the fluid by air. ○ When fine powders (a few microns) such as Teflon or alumina are mixed and dispersed in fluids like water using conventional rotary mixers, uniform mixing is not achieved, leading to the generation of settling fine powders; however, this is almost nonexistent with the ultra-vibration α-mixer. ○ Fine powders that settle with conventional rotary mixers have the drawback of solidifying in a short time, but even if slight sediment occurs with the ultra-vibration α-mixer, it does not solidify. ○ In degreasing processes, rotary mixers that use detergents containing surfactants generate a large amount of foam and are unusable, whereas the ultra-vibration α-mixer produces no foam at all, demonstrating remarkable degreasing effects. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
