Plasma and LCD screen cleaning rollers, made of resin (PVC, HDPE, ABS, etc.) plus EPDM rubber, are timing pulleys for mass production, offering advantages such as cost reduction from metal, low cost, and noise reduction effects. - Rubber hardness can be specified freely from 10° to 99°, but please standardize it to ±5° to ±3°. - Any color is possible. - The outer diameter and runout accuracy of the rubber can be achieved to 0.01 or more, but we usually work with a general tolerance of 0.05. - We are also developing a product called AP-GPR, which has a very high grip effect, using our unique blend. - Both adhesive and non-adhesive rubber options are available. - Conductive rubber is also available. *For more details, please contact us.
