This is a metal foreign object detection device designed for the resin molding and compound industry. It can be installed on transport lines for pellets and powders (depending on their properties). Capable of detecting a variety of metals - In addition to iron, it can detect various metals such as SUS, copper, brass, aluminum, and nickel. Equipped with high-performance sensors - The sensors use a detection method based on high-frequency electromagnetic fields, receiving disturbances in the magnetic field (phase differences) caused by the passage of metal. - Raw material learning function (inspection of conductive materials) - Two-layer technology (reducing the effects of moisture, grease, iron oxidation, etc.) Outstanding detection capability - By combining three grades of control panels according to specifications, detection sensitivity can be improved, and additional functions can be utilized. - The highest sensitivity model (RZ-G30) can detect iron balls of 0.14 mm and SUS of 0.19 mm. A lineup that can be selected based on installation location - Self-weight drop method: transport loaders for intermediate tanks, bulk bags, etc. - Raw material transport method: installed in transport piping, hoses, etc. - Direct installation on molding machines: installed directly above injection molding machines and extruders. - Tunnel type (sensor only): sensor + alarm only.
