It integrates by closely adhering acrylic layers to activate the molecules under a certain temperature atmosphere. There is know-how regarding prior surface finishing. Unlike conventional methods, it does not use adhesives, which prevents impurities from remaining in the flow path and achieves high bonding strength. There are proven results of laminating up to 9 layers. In theory, it can be stacked infinitely, allowing for the formation of more complex flow paths. This is a significant difference compared to similar products, along with high bonding strength. It enables flexible curvature and three-dimensional shaping of flow paths that could not be achieved with traditional drilling or molding processes. Since no adhesives are used at all, it is also ideal for sensitive fields such as analytical devices and medical equipment. It can process micro flow paths down to 0.1 mm. There are no restrictions on the depth of the holes (flow path length). It uses acrylic resin with excellent transparency and water resistance. PVC is also under research. The processed surfaces are beautifully finished, and the transparency is outstanding.
