Painting Robot "SOFTBOY PRO W Turn Type"

A ceiling-mounted painting robot that eliminates the need for a danger zone, similar to floor-mounted multi-joint robots like balance arm types. Since the ceiling-mounted robot is housed within the structure, it can approach close to the work fixtures, allowing for confirmation of the robot's operating status and teaching.

We have independently developed the world's first overhead suspended mobile painting robot, which is included in our lineup as a dedicated painting robot. The painting robot "Line Dancer" has improved its transportable weight, allowing it to carry up to 12 spray guns. One robot can match the work of approximately 12 spray men. With its unique rotary painting technology, R technology achieves high-quality coatings through a thin film multi-coating method.
