1. Long-term stable operation: A highly rigid patented new link mechanism is adopted instead of using chains that may have spring action in torque transmission. This prevents hunting in the closed control system of bending angles, resulting in long-term stable precision. 2. Unmatched excellent processing accuracy: The use of a microcomputer with in-house developed LSI for dedicated double closed servo control for each axis ensures that position accuracy is not affected by oil temperature, speed, or backlash. Moreover, by performing bending processing while checking and correcting the accuracy for each process through an accuracy check sequence, stable quality is achieved. 3. Compatibility with 3-axis NC pipe bender MS series and MC series: The control device uses the Opton original computer, known for its operability, and has data compatibility with our 3-axis NC pipe bender MS series and MC series. Since the mounting of jigs is also common, it is possible to differentiate usage according to production conditions between the 3-axis NC bender and others.
