【Features】 ○ A compact bender capable of processing up to φ20, with all NC axes driven by AC servo motors, including bending. ○ The bending radius can be set freely (continuously). ○ Capable of bending processing for arbitrary three-dimensional shapes (design-focused shapes). ○ If the cross-section is the same, multiple bending shapes can be produced by simply changing the processing data. ○ Bending shapes can be adjusted by changing only the processing data, allowing for flexible responses to design changes. ○ The reduction in thickness and flattening at the bending section is extremely minimal. ○ Bending accuracy is stable due to NC three-axis synchronous control (one feeding axis and two bending axes). ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
